About Jeffrey Wilson

Jeffrey Wilson doesn't train basketball players to just get stronger — he trains them to dominate. As the founder of HoopStrong, Jeffrey has built a performance system specifically engineered for basketball athletes from junior high through the collegiate level. His approach isn't borrowed from general fitness culture. It's built from the ground up around the demands of the game — the explosiveness, the lateral quickness, the ability to finish strong in the fourth quarter when everyone else is fading. Jeffrey's athletes don't just lift weights. They develop the kind of functional, sport-specific strength that translates directly to the court — vertical leap, first-step burst, body control in traffic, and the durability to stay healthy through a full season and beyond. What sets Jeffrey apart is the intersection of science and specificity. Every program is designed around the individual athlete's position, age, development stage, and performance goals. A 14-year-old point guard building her athletic foundation gets a different program than a college small forward preparing for conference play — because cookie-cutter training produces cookie-cutter results. HoopStrong athletes have recorded measurable vertical jump improvements, increased speed and agility benchmarks, and — most importantly — carried those gains onto the court where it actually counts.
